Background:

J.W. (Jay) Wall, III began his real estate career in 1982 with the Horne Company, then Houston’s leading commercial real estate brokerage firm. Jay has represented scores of clients during his tenure in the business, including Duke Energy Corporation, Hewlett Packard, TEPPCO, Aetna and CDI Engineering Group, Inc. Over his 20 year real estate career, Jay has been responsible for in excess of two million square feet of leasing transactions. He joined Moody Rambin to provide tenant representation services to both local and national clients. Jay’s experience in lending, development, project leasing, and tenant representation gives him a unique perspective in structuring transactions that work.
